- This is the Model T - Long Handle - The Model T is designed specifically for aluminum boats with a thick aluminum eye. Commonly found on Tracker boats, Aluminum Ranger Boats, Alumaweld and HewesCraft boats. It will come with a 2 piece handle. The long handle is an automatic reset handle.
- Stainless Steel NON Corrosive - Upgraded Stolts Polyurethane Protector - Comes with a small Roller on the front to prevent the bow tip from catching when launching - Built in poly washer on the mouting plate for a smooth pivoting rotation - Clamp travels past the polyurethane to prevent steel on steel wear to your bow eye when latching and traveling - Low profile design to prevent boat and trailer displacement after install
- Installation is very simple. This boat latch is designed to be a bow roller replacement, and a one bolt installation. You can remove your bow roller from your boat trailer and install our automatic boat latch in its place. Installation is roughly 10 minutes. Be sure to use roughly 22 - 26 ft lbs pressure on the insall bolt (snug). The clamp should pivot. The Eye adaptor sleeves over the aluminum eye to protect it from wear. Bolt on adaptor no drilling required.
- MADE IN USA - Our Boat2Trailer Latch by Ramp N Clamp is manufactured here in the U.S.A. The automatic boat latch by Ramp N Clamp has been collaboratively engineered at Skeeter, Ranger and Mastercraft boats and in production in the United States since 2012.
- What it does - The automatic boat latch allows you to load a boat by your self in seconds. You simply drive your boat up the trailer. Once the eye of the boat comes in contact with the clamp device, it will lock onto the eye and lock your boat to the trailer. You then exit the boat and pull to the dry waters edge to hookup your safety chain and strap for travel. It's that easy. Boat2Trailer dot com has many helpful videos as well.
