Carlisle FoodService Products OptiClean Color Coded 36-Compartment Divided Glass Rack Extender for Commercial Dishwashers – Fits Narrow Stemware, 2.94" x 2.94" Diameter – 2.75", Purple

Protect stemware and delicate drinkware during commercial dishwashing with the Carlisle RE49C89 OptiClean 49-Compartment Divided Glass Rack Extender. Built for high-capacity foodservice environments, this snap-on extender is ideal for large wine bowls, cocktail glasses, and barware with wide rims, ensuring proper separation and vertical clearance during wash and transport. Each extender features 49 divided compartments, measuring 2.91" x 2.91", designed to accommodate glasses up to 2.25" in diameter. The open grid layout allows water and air to circulate freely for faster, more efficient drying. Whether you're running a hotel banquet kitchen or a busy cocktail bar, this extender helps minimize breakage by isolating each glass during cleaning cycles or storage. Constructed from durable polypropylene, the extneder resists heat, chemicals, and repeated wear from commercial dishwashers. The tamper-proof edge snaps securely onto compatible OptiClean racks, maintaining rack integrity during transport or machine operation. Its modular design allows you to add or remove extenders based on your drinkware size, offering flexibility for mixed inventory or seasonal needs. The color coding aids in kitchen organization, and the 1.5-inch height makes it easy to build up additional clearance without overcomplicating your storage system. Built to meet essential industry standards, this extender supports daily warewashing operations in restaurants, catering companies, bars, and institutional kitchens.

• Commercial Dishwasher Ready – Engineered for back-of-house use, this commercial dishwasher glass rack insert fits seamlessly onto standard square base racks for safe, efficient, and organized glassware cleaning and stacking.
• Secure Tamper-Proof Fit – Once attached, the tamperproof extender remains firmly in place and cannot be removed, even through heavy washing cycles or handling, keeping your rack system consistent and minimizing risk of separation mid-process.
• Standardized Construction – This snap-on dishwasher rack divider meets commercial quality standards and integrates easily into existing rack systems, offering compatibility and durability for catering, restaurant, or institutional kitchens.
