A meeting of two cultures and two skills. This masterpiece of craftsmanship is forged and hammered in Japan, made with multilayers of superior quality VG7 steel. The elevated packaging, including branded silk paper and card, and wooden pencil case, make this a true collector's item. The larger size No.10 makes it an excellent chef knife but in a folding form.
