The CL50E is the perfect machine for restaurants, caterers, schools, and office cafeterias. Using any of the over 50 different discs compatible with this machine, you’re able to slice, dice, ripple cut, grate, and shred all types of fruits and vegetables. It can also be used to quickly and easily make French fries and grate cheese. This unit comes with a 3 mm slicing disc and a 3 mm grating disc so you can begin using it right away.

An industrial quality 1.5 HP motor powers the CL50 giving it the ability to produce up to 400 meals per service, keeping up with even the busiest kitchens. A magnetic safety switch and motor brake protects operator’s fingers and hands from the fast moving blade.

Excellent Processing Capabilities

Two hoppers give you the versatility of efficiently slicing up any sized fruit or vegetable. The large kidney-shaped hopper that measures just over 6.5 inches by 3 inches, is meant for bulkier items like cabbage and celery. It can also fit up to 10 tomatoes at one time! The smaller cylindrical hopper has a diameter of 2.5 inches and is the perfect size for cutting up narrow or delicate vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, and mushrooms.

Durable Design

The motor is enclosed in a sturdy polycarbonate material designed to withstand the processing of large quantities. The motor shaft is stainless steel, increasing its durability as well as making it easy to clean.

The improved shape of this preparation machine’s lid and pusher eliminate any nooks and catch areas that trap food and cause buildup. The ergonomic metal handle for the large hopper as well as the black pusher for the small hopper make it easy to feed produce through safely.

The CL50E is compact, measuring 13.5 x 14.75 inches wide and 23.43 inches tall, so it can easily fit right on top of the counter. The machine’s output can accommodate food pans up to 5.9 inches tall, which saves space and eliminates the need to empty a batch bowl.

Each component that comes into contact with food can be disassembled from the machine allowing them to be easily and thoroughly cleaned every day.
